Accessibility Statement – RASEDI

Effective Date: 15 March 2026

RASEDI (“RASEDI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible, usable and inclusive for all users, including people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement applies to our public website, our merchant dashboards, hosted payment pages, payment links and any other online interfaces that form part of the RASEDI Payment Provider (collectively, the “Services”). Our goal is for users to be able to perceive, understand, navigate and interact with the Services regardless of the technology they use or the specific abilities they have.

In designing and developing the Services, we aim to follow recognized accessibility standards and best practices, including the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We work to ensure that core content is available to screen readers, that pages can be navigated using a keyboard, that text has sufficient contrast with its background and that interactive elements are clearly identified and operable. We also strive to structure our pages with meaningful headings and labels so that users can understand the layout and move efficiently through content.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As we introduce new features or make changes to the Services, we review those changes for accessibility and seek to address any barriers that may arise. Some older pages or third‑party components may not yet meet the same level of accessibility as newer parts of the Services. Certain content, such as embedded third‑party widgets, videos or integrations, may be outside of our direct control. Where it is not technically or commercially feasible to achieve full accessibility for such content, we work to provide alternative paths or assistance where possible.

We value feedback from users who encounter accessibility challenges or who have suggestions about how we can improve. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Services, notice content or functionality that you believe is not fully accessible or require information in a different format, please contact us so that we can assist you. You can reach us by email at accessibility@rasedi.iq or through the contact channels listed on our website. When you contact us, it is helpful if you can describe the specific page or feature you were using, the type of assistive technology or browser involved and the nature of the issue you encountered.

RASEDI cannot guarantee that every aspect of the Services will work with all assistive technologies, devices and browser combinations, but we are committed to investigating reported issues in good faith and taking reasonable steps to improve accessibility over time. We may update this Accessibility Statement periodically to reflect progress, new standards or changes in our practices. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent version.
