The Payments page shows every transaction processed through your RASEDI account. Use it to monitor incoming revenue in real time, drill into individual payments, and export data for reconciliation.
You can access it from the left‑hand navigation: Online Payments → Payments.
Payments list #
The payments table summarizes each transaction in a single view:
- Reference ID – Unique identifier for the payment or payment link.
- Create date – Date and time the payment was created.
- Price – Gross amount requested from the customer.
- Payment gateway – Provider used (for example: Visa, FIB, ZainCash, etc.).
- Payment status – Current state such as
Pending,Success,FailedorRefunded. - Link name – The payment link, product or flow that generated this payment.
- Action – Quick actions like “View details”, “Invoice” or other context options.
The header cards above the table show total volume, income, succeeded payments and pending payments for the current filter.
Filtering and searching payments #
Use the Filter panel to find specific payments:
- Date range – Filter by today, this week, this month, or a custom start and end date.
- Price range – Limit results to payments within a specific minimum and maximum amount.
- Payment status – Show only
Success,Pending,Failed, etc. - Payment gateway – Restrict to payments processed by a specific provider.
- Settlement status / Withdrawal status – Focus on payments that are already paid out, still eligible, or not yet settled.
You can combine multiple filters, save them for reuse, and clear filters at any time. The search box lets you quickly look up payments by Reference ID, external ID or link name.
Payment details #
Click View details in the Action column to open the Payment Details page for a single transaction. This page is divided into several sections:
- Payment info – Gateway, payment date, transaction status and basic identifiers.
- Amount breakdown – Original amount, promo/discount, service fee, gateway fee and the final payout calculated for you.
- Eligibility, settlement and withdrawal status – Whether the payment is eligible for settlement, the settlement batch ID and the payout status.
- Events – A chronological list of business events (e.g., payment link created, customer paid, payout completed).
- Logs – System‑level entries describing internal processing steps, useful for support and debugging.
- Additional details – Reference IDs, links to the originating payment link, and a button to download the invoice if available.
Use this page whenever you need to answer a customer question, check what happened in a dispute, or confirm that a payout was calculated correctly.
